I fell in love with photography at the age of just 14 years old. I was first introduced to photography whilst at school where it was an additional subject that you could choose to study. Back then it was process film so it wasn't snap happy reeling off 100's of shots in a short space of time like it is now, no, film was money so you took your time and thought carefully before shooting.

It wasn't long before i was soon known as the School photographer and whenever there was an event to be photographed I was there. I left school with an A grade in photography but never went into the field as a profession - that is until now!.

Early into the recession i lost my permanent production role in advertising and with things looking bleak in the advertising field i decided to progress with my photography dream of working as a professional photographer.

Over the last year I have thrown myself back into education to further my knowledge in photography, photoshop and Web design and all the hard work has paid off as i am now in total control of my work.

Since March 2009 i now live and work on the South Coast of England in the lovely City of Brighton.
